Make an appointment by calling or emailing, and we will send you an online intake form to begin the process.

We are covered by some insurance policies, EAP/EFAP workplace support programs, and by some community programs.

Cynthia is also a provider for Victim Services, Prov. of NS

Session fees are payable by e transfer or personal cheque.

We are able to work with clients in most provinces across Canada!

We offer free 15 minute consultations~~please request by email or phone to schedule a time. Meet-and-greet appointments can be conducted in person, by Zoom, or by phone. Meet your new therapist and ask any questions before you begin your journey!
