Cynthia graduated from Briercrest Seminary in 2013 with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

 Cynthia enjoys working with a variety of clients: clients experiencing the impact of trauma and childhood trauma, 2S LGBTQIA+ clients, grief and loss, clients experiencing the unique challenges of anxiety and depression, and more.

She uses IFS (Internal Family Systems) as her main modality, and also draws from her narrative and solution-focused training. She explores creative, collaborative interventions with her clients to help them achieve their potential.

In her free time, Cynthia loves to be in nature, spend time with her kids, spouse, and cats, and to garden in unconventional ways in her back yard.

Derek graduated from Briercrest Seminary, in 2014, with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Derek is a current and active member of WPATH (World Professional Association of Trans Health), which provides training and knowledge enabling him to work more extensively with clients who are transgender or whose lived experience includes gender-diversity. Derek enjoys working with clients with a broad scope of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, couples issues and infidelity, aspects of career and life stages, cultural identity, and more.

Derek uses narrative and client-centred  approaches in his work, as well as incorporating family systems ideas.

In his free time, Derek is an avid amateur gamer, low-key foodie, and coffee connoisseur.
