IFS, also known as Internal Family Systems, is an approach that utilizes connection with the many parts of ourselves we encounter every day.Â

IFS processing allows people to identify and access our parts, and then create meaningful connection with them, and ultimately create more harmony, self-compassion, resulting in higher functioning in our lives.
IFS is useful for working with all types of mental health struggles, but notably helpful with stubborn and complex mental health issues that haven't been fully addressed by cognitive models like CBT.
